Students will learn basic greetings, a variety of vocabulary, sentence structures, phonics and grammar. The focus will be on speaking and listening, and as the course goes on reading and writing will be introduced. In the last part of each class we will focus on phonics. The course is split into different units, with the first 5 units as follows;

1. Animals - students will learn basic animal names and how to use simple sentences such as, "It is a dog".
2. Parts of the body - students will learn basic parts of the body and sentences such as, "I have blue eyes."
3. Food - students will learn some food and drink names and sentences such as, "I like apples."
4. Weather and clothes - students will learn basic names of clothes and sentences such as, "I am wearing a t-shirt."
5. School - students will learn the names of things we can find in a classroom such as, "The pen is on the table."

I am TEFL qualified with classroom and online teaching experience and a university degree in Communications.
