I have been a teacher in brick-and-mortar schools for over 30 years. During this time, I taught reading and hosted book clubs as both a teacher and a Library Media Specialist. The book does contain the theme of bullying. I am qualified to teach this theme as I am certified as a teacher of children with Emotional and Behavior Disorders. I spent the majority of my teaching in this field.
