Learners will become familiar with the engineering design process and gain confidence in working as a team and sharing their work with others. 

After 11 years of teaching I have become skilled at redirecting students when accidental inappropriate comments have been made during brainstorming or internet searching.  
Additionally, I have been working specifically with TinkerCad for about 4 years with students at my brick and mortar school in an interdisciplinary enrichment class.  I have also presented about using Tinkercad to the Texas Computer Educators Association in February 2020 as part of a workshop highlighting our Game design project.

Each week we will have some kind of design challenge that we will work on during class after reviewing the previous weeks designs.  Learners are encouraged to continue the work at home on their own time to complete their design for the next week's sharing session.

We will use individual accounts on Tinkercad.com  Students may wish to have a designers notebook or paper to hand sketch ideas, journal, or document progress.
