수업 소개
Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Each week a new dance will be taught. An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance, and a coloring sheet will be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. At the start date of each class, I will post your class video that includes the lesson for the week! Flex classes allow you to take class at your convenience! Learners will be given an assignment to complete and share with the rest of the class in the form of photos and videos! Week 1 - Casita Week! We will begin class with a Ballet warm up and stretch, play a Ballet Dance game using movement cards and will learn a routine to "All of You". We will end class with a game of freeze dance! Week 2 - Louisa Week! We will begin class with an upbeat Jazz and Hip Hop warm up and stretch. We will play a strong dance game and will learn a routine to "Surface Pressure". We will end class with a game of freeze dance! Week 3 - Bruno Week! Shhhh.... We will begin class with a Ballet warm up and stretch. We will play an instructional quiet dance game. We will learn a routine to "We Don't Talk About Bruno". We will end class with a game of freeze dance! Week 4 - Isabella Week! We will begin class with an upbeat Jazz and Hip Hop warm up and stretch. We will play a flower dance game and will learn a Jazz and Hip Hop routine to "What Else Can I Do". We will end class with a game of freeze dance!
학습 목표
Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short ballet dance which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
Please note: Transfer request can be accommodated if requested a least 24 hours before the section begins. This allows time to fill the spot in class that your child was holding. I also try to respond to messages within 48 hours.
