In Kids Martial Arts and Fitness, we have outlined specific learning goals to ensure that your child gains valuable skills and experiences throughout the class. Here are the primary learning goals we aim to achieve:

Martial Arts Proficiency: We strive to introduce your child to the fundamental techniques and principles of various martial arts disciplines. By the end of the program, they will have developed proficiency in stances, strikes, kicks, and blocks, as well as an understanding of basic self-defense maneuvers.

This is an ongoing class that gives kids a chance to get much-needed exercise through a fun learning method, in during their busy day. There is no need for grading or belt progression. However, our instructors will be sure to give feedback to the kids who stay onboard and keep them growing and accelerating through the program.
