At the beginning of class, we will do some introductions to get to know each other a little bit before we start the lesson. Then, learners will create artwork of an elephant. Not only will they make their own artwork, but learners will also be introduced the paper collage technique called an accordion fold. This lesson will be taught in a directed drawing style to aid those who are not confident in their skills yet. However, after the learners have completed the steps demonstrated, the students will be encouraged to make their art unique and personal to them.
