C L A S S E X P E R I E N C E Join us for an Art Potpourri, a comprehensive visual arts education class that goes beyond just being funโit encompasses art history, various mediums, techniques, the elements and principles of art, and so much more! Each week, I cover 2-4 visual art standards not part of the standard curriculum. We'll explore painting, sculpture, oil pastels, art techniques, art history, culture, graphic art, mindful art and have a blast learning! Voluntary homework & material suggestions provided in advance. โจ Effective communication is essential. I aim to respond to parent messages within 24 hours on weekdays. In the classroom, I provide a monthly suggested supply list and voluntary weekly homework recommendations. I like to share inspirational art examples and encourage students (if they feel comfortable) to post their artwork in our classroom for all to enjoy! This gives the students an opportunity to communicate with each other outside of class. ๐ธ This class caters to live learners who enjoy real-time interaction and busy learners who prefer to watch recordings at their convenience on weeks they are unable to attend. Learners do need to attend the first class for verification purposes or make an appointment with Trust and Safety to verify their account with a green checkmark in order to have access to the class videos.
