In this follow-on class to Eat Like a Boss, students will learn more about the benefits of eating whole, nutrient dense foods. We will discuss how we can learn to enjoy healthier foods by looking at dishes from different cultures and changing our mindset about what we think tastes good and what we think tastes bad. I’ve been studying health and nutrition on my own for over ten years. I became interested in it when I was experiencing my own health problems and was looking for answers outside of medication. In November of 2019, I began my studies and received my health coach certification from the Primal Health Coach Institute in the spring of 2020. I have also run several nutrition groups on social media and have helped friends and family members to clean up their diets and improve their health.
