How do you throw a party in space? ***You PLANET!!!*** 😁 The solar system is one of my favorite things to talk about, especially with children! I have found the enthusiasm with this subject to be contagious, and nothing thrills me more than a student that gets excited about outer space. My main goal as a teacher is always to launch a lifetime of space exploration and curiosity for my students, and inspire an enthusiasm in them to learn more about what exists beyond Earth. Students will discover that each of the dwarf planets has unique qualities that makes them stand out from the rest, and I want to help motivate an excitement and passion to explore that!
I have 12 years experience as a science teacher, with a focus on space studies. I love outer space, and no matter how old I get, I still enjoy discovering new things about it. Space exploration is one of the most fascinating topics to me, and I have found the enthusiasm with this subject is contagious! 😁

Also, solarsystem.nasa.gov is a fantastic website that covers all things space related, if the student ever wants to explore further.
