STORYLINE
Hail and well met, adventurer! In this D&D private learners will play a solo adventurer with a Guild of Imagination professional Dungeon Master. This is a chance for learners to get a grasp on the game and how it works, level up their character, interact with non-player characters, explore the D&D world, face off against ferocious monsters and so much more in a low-stress environment.

GUILD OF IMAGINATION RANKS
Apprentice (Green)  - This type of class is meant for brand new players to D&D. Our Dungeon Masters are fantastic at working with new players and providing a pre-made sheet as well as helping players feel comfortable joining the campaign.

PILLARS OF GAME PLAY
Social Interaction - 3/5

Exploration - 3/5
Because this campaign is meant for new players it features an equal mix of each type of game play. Learners will take part in social interaction, combat and exploration allowing them to experiment and find what they like best.

CHARACTER CREATION
Upon enrollment the Dungeon Master for this campaign will provide pre-made character sheet options for use in the adventure.

DESCRIPTION
In this course learners will learn the following:

• How combat takes place in the game
• How to role-play their character
• What a saving throw is and how to perform one
• What a skill check is and how to perform one
• Go on a great adventure!

LENGTH OF CAMPAIGN AND REFUNDS
Because Dungeons & Dragons is driven by cooperative, creative storytelling there is no way to determine how long a particular campaign will last. Learners are not required to stay in the campaign for its entire duration, but are welcomed to should they want to go on the entire adventure. During this time we will provide a 50% refund with 48 hours notice of an upcoming absence. This will save a learner's spot in the campaign for a class they can't attend.

Alternatively, Outschool provides a pause function. You may pause your subscription if you anticipate missing a certain number of classes. Please note that pausing will not save your learner's seat in the class, and access to class recordings will not be available during the pause.
