수업 소개
In this class, students will learn the ins and outs of running games of Dungeons and Dragons from a game master with over 15 years of experience. Each class will focus on one aspect of Dungeon Mastering and will include an interactive lesson, and an opportunity to practice what you've learned with the rest of the class. Class topics will focus on: - Knowledge of the rules - Getting comfortable with improvisation - Creating story-lines - Efficient preparation Additionally, at the end of each session the class will cooperatively build their very own DnD adventure. Students will come away from the class with the skills and materials needed to jump into DMing their very first game of Dungeons and Dragons.

Students will have good knowledge of DnD Rules, and have the skills needed to learn new rules efficiently and effectively.Improvisational skills both for role playing characters as well as negotiating situations where they don't know the exact rules of the game

Dungeons and Dragons is a game that often features fantasy violence (slaying dragons, clobbering goblins, etc). While direct references to violence will be low, it will naturally be a part of any discussion of the hobby.

Students will benefit from having experience with Dungeons and Dragons, however it is not required for this class.
