This class is created for learners who already know and master the distributive property of multiplication over addition and searching for fun, exciting, and engaging ways to review the distributive property of multiplication over addition.  Please note there is no formal lesson. 

In this one-time class, learners will practice, and review the distributive property of multiplication over addition while having fun playing Kahoot games.

The distributive property of multiplication over addition can be used when you multiply a number by a sum. For example, suppose you want to multiply 4 by the sum of 10 + 3.  4(10 + 3) =? According to this property, you can add the numbers and then multiply by 4.

For the first 10 minutes, the teacher and learners will get to know each other and will have a quick review and solve distributive property questions together, which include facts, mental math tips, and tricks then for the next 20 minutes it's all fun and games! :)
