수업 소개
This is a one time virtual learning cooking class. We will be cooking in our kitchen, using our stove top to cook our steak meat (carné asada). We will be preparing our toppings as we bake our fries. We will go over chopping/dicing our ingredients needed to top our carne asada fries. I will post the ingredients needed under the the supply list. We will use some spices that are traditional in our pantry and a few traditional spices used in Mexican cooking. We will be preparing a family favorite guacamole in class. This is a favorite dish for all ages. I can’t wait to meet you in class to cook this delicious Mexican dish. From my familia (family) to your familia (family).

Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing baking sheet from their hot oven. We will be using a knife during class. Younger learners may need help using the knife. I’ll leave that up to you as you know your child’s level to use a knife. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me.
