수업 소개
This class is a workout session that will be focused on the strength and flexibility needs for dancers. Class will start with a warm up and then move into intermediate to advanced core strength, including some Pilates exercises. We will also do a leg series focused on turn out and foot and ankle strength. Class will end with dance focuses stretches. Students will get a full body strength workout session. The teacher for this class has taught and performed dance for over 10 years and has a BA in dance. She is also a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist.

This class is for learners who are dancers, gymnasts or ice skaters. Modifications will be made for learners who need them.
Each learner will need a mat and floor space to fully participate in class. Water bottles and towels are reccomended.
