Cute Sea Creature Drawing: Kawaii Drawing Flex Class: *Students will learn how to draw cute sea creatures. *Students will learn facts about ocean animals. *Students will learn elements of kawaii-style drawing. *Students will learn drawing and colored pencil techniques.
I am a certified art teacher in Virginia (USA), and have over 20 years of art-teaching experience, from ages 4 to 18. As a practicing artist, I have work in private and corporate collections here in the US. I have been teaching art on Outschool since 2020.

Learner progress is assessed informally through participation in the classroom and sharing photos of finished artworks. A personalized Certificate of Completion is posted in the classroom when the learner has posted art for each lesson.Grades Offered
During my art instruction, I offer different ways to approach drawing problems, model being okay with mistakes, and encourage artists to work at their own pace, pausing or replaying the video if needed.
This drawing class is appropriate for beginners or artists with some experience in kawaii drawing.
Any type of drawing paper Pencil and eraser Media for adding color to drawings: crayons, color pencils, markers, or watercolors (student preference)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I create all of the kawaii drawings for our class, and those are the resources we use.
