수업 소개
Class can be made custom to the learner or groups interest in styles, goals and focus. We can incorporate stretching, technique, pirouettes, ballet/jazz steps or learning to connect movements to become more fluid. If you would like to learn a short piece of choreography we can do that too! This class can be formatted for a Birthday, a certain song or specific dance skills the learner is working on. *Students will have a safe environment to ask questions and be creative while working with *Please provide a safe space for your child to learn. Do NOT have class on a slippery floor or where things can be bumped or broken. *Wear comfortable clothes! *You may want a water bottle nearby for a quick water break.

*Dance movements are excellent for improving mobility, balance and coordination! Dance helps with focus, discipline and listening skills.*Learning the fundamentals of dance (specifically ballet) is very helpful with training in figure skating and gymnasts.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education. In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years. I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.
