사회적 자신감을 기르기: 대화에 참여하기 위한 전략

One of the most important skills for a student is the ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and with confidence, including how to begin or maintain a conversation. The goal for this class is to encourage students who may struggle in social situations to see engaging in a conversation as a skill set anyone can develop or improve with consistent practice. 

I offer practical and easy-to-understand strategies allowing the student to ease into a more comfortable approach when engaging in conversation with others. Further, I encourage a class environment that is supportive and affirming, not tethered by pressure or expectation. This class is packed with information, including tips and tricks a student may copy and keep for future reference.     

This class is ideal for students who may struggle in social situations, are reluctant to speak to or with others, and/or lack confidence in meeting new people. I strive to help students realize their potential in a positive and constructive manner, allowing them to recognize their accomplishments and learn from past experiences. I am happy to work with students with communication challenges, shyness, and social anxiety.
