창작 쓰기: 시 저널

This class will focus on a different theme each week to learn about and write a variety of poems to add to an ongoing poetry journal. 

We will work together to build a Poetry Journal - students will add a new poem to their ongoing journal during each class. We will work individually, or as a group to complete the poems. Each class will begin with introductions and time for students to share their thoughts. We will then begin discussing our weekly poems, and if time allows share our poems. 

Students are encouraged to bring a pencil, poetry journal, crayons/colored pencils, and any personal books or items relating to our weekly theme to class. 

This engaging class focuses on learning new styles of poetry for beginners, strengthening creative writing skills, and themes in a fun and social setting.
