In this ongoing course, students can work on their creative writing skills by learning new ways to inspire themselves and improve their writing ability. The four main elements to creative writing are plot, characters, setting, and tone. We will learn and discuss the importance of these elements plus many more in this class. Also, your student will learn many different types of creative writing. Some examples include: poetry, play writing, fiction, songs, etc. We will use many writing prompts...
- Students will learn ways to improve their writing skills, find inspiration from prompts, and gain confidence to share their work.
Students will need to bring a writing utensil and paper to each class.
