Calling all creators, readers, and crafters! In this exciting Craft & Book Club for ages 8–13, we’ll dive into powerful picture books and chapter excerpts, then bring them to life through hands-on crafts, STEAM activities, and thoughtful discussions. This class isn’t about worksheets—it’s about doing, making, and connecting. Students will express themselves through guided art projects, build social-emotional skills, and even explore creative writing, all while making unforgettable summer memories. Each week explores a new book and theme, meeting Monday–Thursday for 25 minutes per session to keep student attention and retention at maximum. Open to reluctant and avid readers alike! Students should be comfortable with basic scissor use, gluing, and following step-by-step directions. They do not need to be fluent readers—we will use read-alouds and visual support.
