수업 소개
Learners will build fluency with addition and subtraction problems using Number line. Students will interact and participate along side other learners. Students will create a Number line with teacher & use it as a guide to learning how to solve addition & subtraction problems. This class is appropriate for advanced young learners ( ages 5-8). Students should be familiar with numbers and a little addition & subtraction. The class atmosphere will be fun and engaging for learners. First, we will create a number line together at the beginning on class each week. Then we will complete addition & subtraction problems together. By the end of each class, students will be able to solve problems with flash cards. Class One: Addition within 10 Class Two: Addition within 20 Class Three: Subtraction within 10 Class Four: Addition/Subtraction within 20
학습 목표
Students will improve math skills with addition and subtraction of numbers within 20 through fun activities that incorporate a variety of strategies. These strategies will include number line, and instructional learning games.
By the end of this course, students will know how to use a Number line to solve addition & subtraction problems.

This course is a Jumpstart for learning how to use the Number line. Every week, I will cater to breaking down the numberline starting with small numbers and move forward. Students will meet live once a week. I will post homework throughout the week for extra practice. I will also share YouTube links to video's that are great for extra practice throughout the week. Please contact me if needed to answer questions about this course. Every week with start with small numbers and we will move forward with bigger numbers.
