수업 소개
This course is for students who have completed 8 weeks of cooking eggs. Students will continue as "eggsperts" adapting recipes and concepts they have learned. They will also be introduced to international breakfast foods and other egg options such as duck eggs or quail eggs. We will use a variety of cooking techniques. Each week we will explore a new technique and create a delicious dish. We will also take some time to explore bread options such as biscuits and gravy. The recipe will be provided each week in the classroom. Each class will offer something new to learn and explore.
