This 1-1 is an opportunity to meet and ask questions about how Executive Functioning Coaching works and what to expect from 1-1 sessions. 

I will go over what to expect from 1-1 sessions and how learners will benefit. 

Please message ahead of booking a session with learner age/grade and I will send the appropriate questionnaire. The questionnaire can be filled out ahead of this session or after. If the questionnaire is filled out and submitted prior to the session, I can make suggestions for individual skill building- such as specific activities for working on Growth Mindset, Working Memory, Cognitive Flexibility (transitioning from preferred tasks to non-preferred tasks), Time Management, etc...
