I have extensive experience in teaching business and leadership skills at the college level and have worked closely with high school students applying to college in my role as an enrollment coordinator. My background in conflict resolution, communication, and team building is reinforced by my MBA with an emphasis in leadership, which has given me the tools to guide students in developing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

For over 10 years, I worked as a store and district manager for a well-known clothing brand, where I led teams, trained employees, and developed training programs focused on teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. In this role, I managed diverse teams, coached employees on effective communication, and implemented strategies to foster collaboration and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

I have taught a variety of courses focusing on team collaboration, leadership development, and effective communication, helping learners of different ages build confidence in working with others. Additionally, I have experience teaching in interactive, discussion-based environments, both online and in-person, ensuring that students stay engaged and apply real-world problem-solving techniques.

Beyond my formal teaching and management experience, I am passionate about helping young learners develop essential life skills, making this course both practical and engaging. My approach is hands-on, using role-playing, case studies, and interactive activities to reinforce concepts in a meaningful way.
