With a Master’s in Post-Secondary Instruction, ongoing graduate studies in social work, and published musicology research in a peer-reviewed journal, I bring a comprehensive, student-centered approach to teaching college composition. My master’s thesis, which focused on strategies to support the mental health and well-being of music students, demonstrates my dedication to producing high-quality, impactful research. This experience reflects my ability to deeply engage with complex topics, critically analyze data, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner—skills I strive to instill in my students.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I graded college-level research papers, providing detailed feedback to help students improve their writing and research methodologies.
