This dance class is the perfect way to get a great dance workout in to burn off that Christmas energy. During this easy-to-follow 30 minute class, we will begin with a standing warm-up and stretch.  Students will learn a fun upbeat Christmas movement game. We will have a water break, and then we will continue with a short, hip-hop dance routine to the song, "Something in the Air." At the end of class, students will review dance moves.  To keep the fun going at home, a PDF will be included for a Christmas activity. No previous dance experience is required.
