I have been living in Beijing, one of the most authentic city in China for more than 30 years, and grew up in Hutong and kept all the customs generation by generation. I taught mandarin in Oklahoma for 2 years and voluntarily provided Chinese culture sharing club in the local public elementary school for 3 years.
