Welcome to the Cardio Club for Kids, where fun, fitness, and teamwork come together! This energetic and interactive club is designed to inspire young learners of all abilities to stay active, set goals, and celebrate their achievements. Each session begins with a stretching warm-up. Then we will dive into cycling through various cardio activities for one minute at a time, with rest breaks every three minutes. During the rest, kids will take a drink of water and take walk breaks around their workout spaces. The class wraps up with a cool-down to stretch and relax, followed by a few minutes to share their challenges and successes. Join us for this fun-filled, supportive cardio community where every step counts, and every workout is worth celebrating! This class does not build from the next lesson, so you can join any time! This does not have a changing weekly schedule but rather follows a cardio & HIIT workout routine each week with variations movements. Students should bring a water bottle, wear good shoes, and have ample space to move their bodies. Come join and get fit!
