This capitalization and punctuation #8 class can be taken either before or after any of the other capitalization and punctuation classes. It is taught in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with the overall goal of strengthening editing, and revision skills in a different way than learners are used to. Learners will practice capitalization of particular items, ending marks and sentence structure, appositives, proper nouns, quotation mark usage, contractions and uses of apostrophes and much more. This class will follow a teacher created packet, which will be sent to the family a few days before the class in the form of a PDF to please print for your learner to bring to class, but not work on ahead of time. The class is a definite for those who might need to practice capitalization, punctuation, finding errors in sentences and paragraphs, such as proper nouns, abbreviations, and so much more. Most importantly, all of my classes are taught in a safe and welcoming atmosphere, where respect and great behavior is expected from everyone and the result, as we have a great time.

Students will learn skills to edit all types of their writing, using methods, allowing for increased proficiency.Students will learn to recognize all types of editing errors and gain strength in correcting punctuation, spelling, commonly confused words, and all aspects of editing for their own writing and writing in other situations.

While this is the 8th Capitalization and Punctuation class I have created, they really can be taken in any order, especially levels 1-4 and then 5-8.
