The learning goals for this course will be to introduce the student to scientific concepts about weather modification, the history of it, and real-life examples of it. It will also discuss the problems and myths of weather modification. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information. The desire of the teacher is to engage the students with questions and dialogue to help them further learn the material and answer questions...
The student will learn about the real possibilities that we can modify the weather, facts about the physical processes, and even myths about controling the weather.
I have over 20 years experience in the military working in the weather field or teaching weather to students.
