Yoga is a group of physical and mental practices that helps the body , it involves physical poses, concentration and deep breathing. In this camp , the learners practice yoga in a fun way. Everyday is a new adventure and they go out in the imaginary adventure world while practicing yoga poses with the teacher. It is highly creative way of learning some useful yoga poses while enriching the children through stories and opening up their imagination. Not in the specific order but the 5 days...
Teacher is a certified Yoga Teacher from Mumbai, India who has completed Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Institute , affiliated with the Ministry of AYUSH Government of India and Yoga Alliance USA. The teacher has been practicing and teaching Yoga for more then 4 years.
Avoid having heavy meals for two to four hours before practice. Stay hydrated before and after your yoga practice. This yoga session is for general health and well being of the child and does not offer medical advice. As always, consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. We assume no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these techniques
