Exposure to 4 significant financial education books. Maybe you want to read them? 4. Identify where your interests go financially? 5. Do you have a dream or vision for your future financially? Are you dreaming big enough? 6. Find peers to help pursue big dreams. 7. Find mentors to teach and inspire you to grow. 8. Be encouraged about a path ahead for financial success. 9. Discover the kind of character you want to be part of your financial future. 10. Practice financial life decisions (Cashflow game) and build great critical thinking / decision skills.
Teacher Expertise I bring 20 years of Real Estate and Mortgage Banking experience that includes branded Radio Education for Real Estate Investors. In addition, this also includes marketing and advertising business/entrepreneur knowledge to teach about branding, content marketing, the digital footprint, and building the brand story. Business Experience • I’ve started 4 companies and learned valuable lessons from each. • I ran Real Estate businesses that earning more than $80M a year. • I’ve hired, trained, and helped launch > 50 staff. • I have had > 10 student interns working in various capacities in companies I’ve owned. • I love guiding students to prepare to be business owners. • One of the companies I owned was a marketing, advertising, and PR business. • Most of my closest friends are entrepreneurs and business owners. • Business mentoring, coaching, and teaching are all among my strongest gifts.

There will be an average of 1 hour of homework for class. This will focus on the student Project and Presentation and playing the Cashflow game which I’ll use for teaching practical financial decision making. Project Guidelines 1. Pick 5 of the Student Project choices I’ve listed below. 2. Use either PowerPoint or Google Slides. 3. Be sure to include all the details listed in separate slides. 4. Include a written summary on each slide. 5. Include pictures with each slide to make the presentation interesting. 6. You will share your screen and verbally walk through your presentation in class. 7. I’m looking that you understand what I’ve taught in class and incorporate your ideas in examples. Student Class Project 1. Critical Thinking Steps example – Case Study. 2. Pick one of the 3 Books covered in class, the 3 Lessons, with a unique (brief) Case Study example. 3. Leadership – 3-character values and why these are personally important for you and a business example that includes an example of good leadership. 4. Summarize your Real Estate Investing plan.
