A mixture of mindful breathing and playful movements. Students should wear comfortable, unrestricted clothing. A yoga mat is nice, but not necessary to learn. The room should be clear of any objects that may become a hazard with moving or jumping (ex. stepping on a lego in a pose does not feel good) Barefoot is best as socks can be slippery. Students should not eat a heavy meal within 30 minutes of class.
