This class is self-paced, so you can go as fast or as slow as you want. Each lesson comes with video slides that reveal the secrets to building good habits and boosting your confidence. I'm straightforward with my teaching, and I expect you to put in the effort to grow.

Join this fun social and emotional learning session, and let's flip those negative thoughts upside down and build some serious confidence!

Parental Guidance
This class is age-appropriate and focuses on building confidence and personal growth. Parents are welcome to share their teen’s goals or needs. Remember to keep your private information private.
Pre-Requisites
No prior experience is required. Students simply need a willingness to learn and work toward their personal or academic goals.

Learners will only need something to write with and something to write on to take notes.

For over a 2 decades, I have served students in the coaching and training capacities building a more productive lifestyle. As a Certified Coach and Mentor, I specialized in Stress Management, Time Management, Change Management and Emotional Intelligence. I hold 12 certifications from Havard ManageMentor and I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from University of Phoenix. 

I require all of my students to put in the work. My philosophy is simple: self-work is the best work so we must get to work. As I lead and show I expect my students to put in the work using the examples. 

My goal is to have my students to become more self-aware and cultivate a resilient mindset that will enable them to overcome obstacles and thrive in all aspects of life. I am your Coach, Your Trainer, Your Mentor, Coach Mike.
