Join us in painting this fun watercolor. We will learn to shape the color white to make a snowman. Then we will add a tree and star for fun. Students will learn proper brush care along with blending techniques. Getting the correct paint to water ratio will be discussed. A little color theory will be thrown in for fun. I teach just enough to get the kids comfortable and keep the class moving. I leave room for experimentation and like to let the kids add their own flare to their creations....
Students will learn proper brush care, blending, shading, and hi-lighting techniques along with some color theory.
I have been teaching art for over 20 years and am still impressed with my students creativity.

Supply List 8 inch by 10 inch watercolor paper, bowl or water, paper towels, number 12 round brush that comes to a point, palette paper (or a watercolor tray or a plastic plate works), Watercolor paint. A set is easy to find a craft stores. We will use white, yellow, orange, alizarin crimson(red), purple, turquois (or teal), blue, green, brown and black.
