수업 소개
In this ongoing book club, learners will read and discuss a Dino book each week developing their comprehension, vocabulary, spelling and more! Week of 19/5/25 – Curious George: Roller Coaster Week of 26/5/25 – Curious George: A Winter's Nap Week of 2/6/25 – Curious George Plays Mini Golf Week of 9/6/25 – Curious George: Dinosaur Tracks Week of 16/6/25 – Curious George: Librarian for a Day Week of 23/6/25 – Curious George: Home Run Week of 30/6/25 – Curious George: A Home for Honeybees Week of 7/7/25 – Curious George Builds an Igloo Week of 14/7/25 – Curious George: The Boat Show Learners can join the class at any point. This is an ongoing course so each class stands alone. We focus on a different theme from the books each week whilst developing comprehension skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing. Learners can join the class no matter how much of the series they have read. Each week will include a range of teaching activities including reading out loud, videos, discussions, activity sheets, Q+A, slides and more. Learners will be encouraged to share their ideas in a variety of ways throughout each class. Please do contact us with any questions. We look forward to being part of your learning journey!

Please note, this is an English language class to develop comprehension and vocabulary. This is not a 'read along' class. Our own materials are used to teach learners during this course. The focus of the classes is to develop language including, phonics, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, fluency and writing skills.
수업 자료
Learners will need a notebook, pencil and crayons for each class. The books are required for this class. Students may use e-books, hardcopy and paperbacks, or audiobooks to read and comprehend the text.
