Our lessons teach fundamental skills to use 3D software such as modeling, texturing, UV unwrapping, texture painting, rigging, and animation. Students will learn to make their very own character that can be implemented into common 3D game engines or used in their own personal animations or artworks. Students will learn a new concept in every lesson with vital feedback instruction from our experienced coaches. All students will be asked to apply what they’ve learned in a final project that will be presented to their peers. There will be some reinforcement quizzes for students to complete after lessons, along with review games that will be played in the final class meetings to ensure students remember material and are prepared to take the next steps in their 3D adventures. In this 10 lesson class, your students will learn how to create 3D Modeling and Animation using Blender. They will also learn how to export their models into Roblox. Blender 3D is an open-source software which can be downloaded for FREE. There is no need to create an account, register or share any personal information in order to use it. However, we highly recommend you to register an account at https://id.blender.org/register/. This step allows students to share their projects with instructors if they need help, and also show off their creations to others.
