수업 경험
Research shows that learning another language can be extremely beneficial for young learners. Children exposed to a second language have enhanced concentration, improved memory, and better listening skills. Traditional/Simplified words will be introduced from the story. Topics, such as colors and animals, will be covered. This class will be small and interactive, so all learners will have an opportunity to participate, if comfortable. No experience is required, all learners are welcomed....
Students will hear a bilingual reading of a popular children’s book and review the topics of color, animal names, and a few phrases in Mandarin. The class will be taught in half English and half Mandarin, allowing all students to understand and follow along.

등록 시 2개의 파일을 볼 수 있어요.A one-page handout of the Mandarin/English words and phrases we will cover from the storytime will be provided. Students may write down notes, however, Teacher Stephenie recommends that the student only listens, pay attention and participates during class, as the handout will have all the important information on it. Other courses will be offered with arts and crafts activities and more specifically focused topics from this reading. Be sure to follow me and stay tuned.
