초급 일본어 수업 (14세 ~ 18세)

In this 6 week class, we will teach your learner the essential words/concepts to get them started with the beautiful Japanese language!  This class will be taught in Japanese but given translations as needed to help the learners to understand and memorize what they are learning.

This class is your first step to start learning the Japanese language with topics covering:

The Romanization of Japanese
The Japanese pronunciations
The 3 Japanese characters
Self-introduction (my name is, I'm from, etc.)
Greetings (hello, how are you, bye, etc.)


Tentative Schedule:

Week 1: The Romanization of Japanese
Week 2: The Romanization of Japanese and The Japanese pronunciations
Week 3:  The Japanese characters
Week 4: The Japanese characters
Week 5:  The Japanese characters
Weeks 6: Greetings (hello, how are you, bye, etc.)

No Japanese background knowledge is required. This lesson is perfect for New Japanese learners.

The class flow will be greetings, review, learning a new skill, practicing, and speaking. This class will have topics intermingled together to engage in natural conversations.

Homework is optional but is strongly recommended to not only practice in between classes but to help remember the new language as you continue to speak it.
