Let's learn some beats & have some fun! 🥁🥁🥁REQUEST A TIME -- I would be happy to work with your aspiring drummer!🥁🥁🥁 🌟This class is a great option for neurodivergent students interested in music. 🎵 The objective of these One-On-One drum lessons is to enable the student to gain a greater set of technical and musical skills on the drum set, and to help the student develop a greater understanding of the role of the drum set in modern contemporary music. 🎵 This is achieved through the repetitive practices of technique and coordination, as well as developing critical listening skills demanded of drummers. 🎵 The lessons will meet the student at their skill level and assess ways in which they can grow as a drummer. 🌟 Most students can play a drum beat by the end of the first class! 🥁TOPICS EXPLORED INCLUDE: - Drum Beats & Drum Fills - Musical Structures - Counting Techniques - Warm-Up Exercises - Drum-Based Games 🌟 Most of all, let's have fun!!! *Open to discuss need-based discounts. The goal is to make happy drummers regardless of funds.

👩🏼🎓 In addition to being a lifelong drummer, I have a journalism degree from Appalachian State University, and I am a certified instructor of UCLA & Remo's "Beat The Odds" a program that blends drumming and social-emotional learning for kids & adults.
