수업 소개
Are you ready to start learning how to dance like a ballerina? This one-time class is a great opportunity to get a taste of what ballet is like, and how fun dance can be. Together we will start learning the basics of ballet, how to apply these skills in ballet class, and have fun playing dance games throughout class! During this class, we will learn some of the basics of ballet. Class will start with a follow-along center ballet barre warm-up/stretch, and progress to more full-body movements and games. At the end of class, we will learn a small portion of a ballet dance, and play a fun interactive improv/free dance game. I am excited to share my love of ballet with this class! Students should dress in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in for this class. Wearing Ballet shoes and ballet attire is encouraged for this class, but not required!

Students will learn and practice some common basic ballet steps and stretches. During class, we will apply these new skills during some fun dance games and exercises. At the end of class, we will put some of these ballet steps together and learn a short dance. Students will also be exposed to, and learn the general structure and etiquette of ballet class.그 외 세부 사항

For this ballet class, parents should assure that their student takes class in a safe space that has enough room for them to move and dance in without harming themselves. Ballet shoes are very beneficial to wear during class, but not required. Students can take this class barefoot, as long as they are dancing on a safe surface. Having some water close by is also a great idea, as we will be physically active throughout the class.
