If the student prefers to follow the class with a digital screen and pen, a painting software and hardware is needed. Ive added the software and hardware I use with links here. You may contact me for advice if needed, there are more affordable versions. 

Otherwise pen, paper, eraser, color perncils and a shadow diffumination pen if possible is enough. The shadowing pen can be made with paper wrapped around a pen.

Dear Parents,

I would like to take a moment to address a concern that some of you may have regarding the use of humanoid anatomy in our character drawing class. While it is true that we will be drawing characters and objects that may have human-like features, please rest assured that this does not mean that anything sexual or inappropriate will be taught in this class.

As an experienced teacher, I understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable learning environment for all students, and I take this responsibility very seriously. Our focus in this class is on the fundamentals of character drawing, and we will be exploring a variety of techniques for creating engaging and dynamic characters and objects.

Throughout the class, we will be using humanoid anatomy as a foundation for creating our drawings. However, this will be approached in a professional and age-appropriate manner, with a focus on creating fun and interesting characters that students will enjoy drawing.

If you have any concerns or questions about the content of this class, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. I am always available to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have.
