완전 초보자를 위한 발레

This Self-Paced Beginner Ballet Course is aimed at children aged 9 - 13 years.  It is suitable for total beginners or those with very little ballet training.  It is ideal for those who cannot attend my live classes or require the flexibility of being able to practice in their own time. 
 This 4-Lesson Course will help give confidence to anyone starting beginner Ballet classes.  

Dance is an art-form which requires practice to master techniques.  Learners are encouraged to practice.  In each lesson the videos will both build-on and practice techniques learned.  For each lesson there will be both an instructional lesson and a practice video version.  I recommend the learner taking one lesson per week and using the practice video to practice in between.

Warm Up
Ballet Technique (Focus on Demi-Plié, Battement Tendu, Sauté)
Dance - learn first section 
Reverence

Lesson 2:-
Warm Up
Ballet Technique (Focus on Positions of the Feet (1st to 3rd), Port de Bras)
Dance - learn second section
Reverence

Lesson 3:-
Warm Up
Ballet Technique (Focus on Exercise for Balance, Grand Battement)
Dance - learn third section
Reverence

Warm Up
Ballet Technique (Focus on Positions)
Dance - learn fourth section
Reverence

Ballet Handout
For each lesson there will be a handout with ballet words, positions or facts about ballet.

Teaching Style & Interaction:- 
I have a positive approach to teaching.  My video lessons are encouraging.  As this is a self-paced course there are no live meetings.
