QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH; RATES ARE LOWER THAN B&M CLASSES; SAVE TIME AND MONEY ON DRIVING TO / FROM SCHOOL In the comfort of your own home, you will spend an hour learning the basics of ballet: barre exercise, center steps, jumps, and arm work. What is ballet exercise for people who are not going to be professional dancers? 1. It is great cardio exercise 2. You build muscle strength 3. You stretch your muscles 4. Your body balance will improve significantly 5. Ballet helps to develops coordination 6. Your mind works when you have to learn new steps, combination of the steps and its repetition using different feet/leg Proper execution of every step will be explained and corrected by the teacher. At the end of the class you will feel taller, every muscle of your body will be worked, soul and mind will be elevated with the help of beautiful music you will listen to during class. The rules of the class: cell phones can not be used by students during the class. MY REFUND POLICY: I follow the Moderate Refund Policy. Once a month I can process a refund based on the special circumstances. I do offer dance classes which can be taken to make up for missed class: Character Dance, Floor Barre. There is an Outschool Happiness Guaranty program which families can address in certain cases.
