New to Outschool? Use my referral link LaurenSylv2020 to get $20 off your first class! Dance with me in this ongoing, Ballet Dance Class! We will learn a new choreographed dance each week! We will begin each class with floor exercises that will include various stretches followed by a short standing warm up to work on technique and skills. All dance moves and music will be age appropriate. 6/16 - Week 1 - A Dream is a Wish 6/23 - Week 2 - Fly to Your Heart 6/30 - Week 3 - Frozen 7/7 - Week 4 - A Little More Time On You 7/14 - Week 5 - Heal the World 7/21 - Week 6 - Here Comes the Sun 7/28 - Week 7 - Let's Go Fly a Kite 8/4 - Week 8 - Puff the Magic Dragon 8/11 - Week 9 - The Glow 8/18 - Week 10 - Treasure 8/25 - Week 11 - Whatever You Imagine 9/1 - Week 12 - When I Look to the Sky No previous dance experience needed, however it is encouraged.

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT. I'm a homeschooling mom to my two boys for the past 5 years and love teaching Math and English!
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
