Chocolate Brittle - oil, saltine crackers, butter, brown sugar, baking soda, chocolate chips, crushed nuts (optional, I prefer not to use them), holiday sprinkles (optional)

Holly or Wreath Cookies - butter, marshmallows, green food coloring, vanilla, corn flakes cereal, red candies (preferably red hots)

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies - Hershey Kisses, butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, salt

Snickerdoodles - sugar, butter, eggs, flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon

Students will be using the oven and stovetop while baking in this class. Some recipes will use an electric mixer. Please monitor the use of these items while your student is baking in my class.
