During this class we will learn how to bake a Pizzookie, which is a term for pie-cookie. This recipe is my favorite desert and everyone who tries it loves it! I enjoy being messy, making mistakes and baking delicious food. Together we will learn to: mix the ingredients, read and follow a recipe, prepare our food correctly, clean up our kitchen stations and enjoy a delicious dessert with our loved ones. This lesson will be very interactive, so I suggest having the ingredients and materials...
Students will learn how to bake a Pizzookie by: following recipe instructions, adding the necessary materials and baking the Pizookie in the oven at the correct temperature and time!
1/2 cup butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, 1 egg, flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Extra: ice cream and chocolate sauce for the Pizzookie
WARNING: Please be aware of possible allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, or soy. Parents will need to supervise the use of the oven for baking the Pizookie. The oven will be set at 350 degrees and will need to cook for 12-15 minutes. Cooking time is added in the lesson.
