In this one-time class, students will have a chance to get creative and write their thoughts and goals for 2024. Students can express their thoughts through writing and practice essential skills such as grammar and spelling. I will also give them journaling ideas, some examples will be, what do you see yourself doing in three to five months. What are some of your strengths and what makes you unique. I will share some of my journal entries such as why I love to travel or some of my favorite hobbies such as art and music. Writing and keeping a journal can be a great way for kids to write down thoughts and feelings about life while relieving stress.This could be a daily way for children to write as well. The students don't have to share their journals and are encouraged to doodle, sketch, and use stickers.

All journals will be open to creativity and creative art. Kids will be busy and have have opportunities to chat with their peers and make suggestions if they choose.

Please have a journal or notebook handy to write in. Also a pen or pencil and if you have stickers, color pencils that's handy too.
