In this four week course, we will continue to learn about American Sign Language. It is highly recommended that you complete the four parts of Beginners with Mrs. Emily and the four parts of Intermediate with Mrs. Emily, before taking ANY advanced classes. We will apply our knowledge of ASL grammar to every day ASL sentences in these advanced courses and we will also practice vocabulary we have learned previously. We will be focusing on Classifiers in this course. 
Our schedule is as follows: 
Week 1: Introduction of Classifiers 
Week 2: Types of Classifiers
Week 3: Dialogue with Classifiers
Week 4: Review Previous conversations with classifiers

Each week we will review what we did the previous weeks and we will practice more of the skills we have been learning.  By the end of this course, each student will be able to sign each type of classifier and discuss the different types of classifiers. Each week we will identify the parts of the sentences and talk about which rule applies to each sentence (or if there is more than one rule).
