Learners will choose their own objects.Week 3Lesson 3Contour LineThis lesson we will continue our study of contour line. Learners will choose an object to analyze in a series of small drawings.Week 4Lesson 4Examine ValueThis lesson we will learn about value. Learners will complete a value chart and practice shading of objects.Week 5Lesson 5Abstract ValueLearners will create an abstract value drawing. Learners will focus on shading and smoothing blending transitions in value.Week 6Lesson 6Value Still LifeLearners will curate their own still life and complete it in value.
Learners will learn about contour line, value and observational drawing.
